It started with a gap.

I started by working with people who were struggling — not with the content or because of their ability, but because no one had ever helped them understand how their own brain actually worked, what was getting in the way, or what could be done about it. I made it my mission to find out.

 

Those people are now in the workforce. And the organizations they work for are facing the exact same challenges — without the tools, the language, or the understanding to address them.
